Commercial

Owning a commercial property can be stressful, whether it’s an apartment, office building, or industrial warehouse. You’re constantly working to keep the property well maintained, in order to keep your tenants happy while also protecting the value of your building. So when you decide that your building is ready for (or in need of) a new roof, you’re going to want to go with a commercial roofing installer who can appreciate your need to maximize every dollar spent. This is why ProCraft Exteriors is right for you

At ProCraft Exteriors, we understand what it takes to run a business. As a family-owned company, ourselves, we’ve been on both sides of the business. We’ve been in the construction industry for over 25 years, working closely with local businesses meet all of their commercial roofing needs. At the same time, we are business ourselves, which has given us a deep and personal appreciation for the way business owners want to protect their investments. Both experiences have given us an understanding of the property owners we work with and has helped us deliver the best possible roofing solutions while still remaining within the required budget.

At ProCraft Exteriors, our process begins by sending someone out to meet with you at your property. We’ll walk the roof of your commercial space to assess for any damages, as well as look for any foreseeable challenges. With years of experience under their belts, our highly-trained ProCraft contractors we will translate our assessment into a free estimate. We get that you might want to shop and compare contractors , but we’re also confident that you’ll choose ProCraft Exteriors not only because of the pricing but because of our approach. Because at ProCraft, we personalize our process to the needs of each customer, while also providing service that feels personal. When you work with someone, you want to be able to look them in the eye, give them a firm handshake, and know that they’ll provide the quality work that they’ve promised. That is what you get when you choose ProCraft Exteriors.

Once you’ve chosen to work with us, that’s when we jump into action. Leave it to us to secure all of the necessary work permits, as well as have a dumpster delivered to your property. As you can imagine, tearing up an old roof can create a lot of debris and we’re going to want to make sure that it’s all disposed of properly, showing respect to you, your property, and anyone who might be renting that space.

Once all of the preparations are in place, we will start by removing your old or damaged roofing. Once we’ve torn up all of the gravel, rubber, or other material that may have been used to protect your roof in the past, then we’ll move onto inspecting what we find underneath. Sometimes the deck below the surface can be water damaged or have dry-rot (a fungus that can occur with timber) which will need to be removed and replaced. We’ll also want to look for any boards that might sag, which could cause water and ice to pool in the future. Standing water is going to happen on the flat roof found on most commercial buildings but ProCraft Exteriors wants to look beyond the project at hand and into the future, helping you to prevent any possible problems that could arise down the road.

With your deck cleaned and in good shape, our team will then begin the application of your new roofing. What happens here will largely be determined by your roof and the roofing solution you’ve chosen with your ProCraft contractor, of which there are many. We offer all of the latest and most efficient roofing technologies. These are single-ply methods of commercial roofing, which include TPO, PVC, and EPDM. All three offer excellent protection for your roof, while also reducing the load that some of the older roofing solutions can put on your building’s structure. That doesn’t meant that these older, more traditional methods (BUR, Modified Bitumen, and Silicon Spray) aren’t still available, because they are and they can offer their own unique benefits, but they can come with additional weight and cost that often times makes the newer roofing solutions the best investment of a customer’s money.

Once your new roof is installed and your property is returned to the way we found it, we hope that you will continue to work with us. We like to think our relationship with our customers as more of a partnership than simply a one-and-done transaction, where they know they can turn to us with any roofing questions or concerns that might come up over time. At ProCraft Exteriors, we don’t expect our customers to know about roofing or to have all of the answers, so we want to make certain they feel comfortable turning to us, knowing they can rely on our expertise. While many less-than-reputable contractors only think in the short term, breezing through each project so they can move on to the next, we think in the long term and hope that we can continue to work with our customers for many years to come. It’s good for business, certainly, but beyond that it’s also good to work with those who you’ve built a mutual trust and respect. It’s good way to live your life, both in and out of business.

ProCraft is a certified, Mule Hide roofing installer for all commercial products. This means that we guarantee that all commercial roofing installations not only meet the high standards we set for ourselves, they also meet the careful specifications laid out by Mule Hide. We chose to work with Mule Hide because we share common beliefs and values for providing quality that hard-working Americans can count on. Mule Hide stands for respect, family, and standing by your word. These are values we agree with and that they have demonstrated for decades. Mule Hide has been offering products that are unparalleled in the commercial roofing industry for over 100 years and we are proud to install them onto your building. As a certified installer of Mule Hide, we can also offer extended warranties on their commercial roofing products that other contractors cannot. It’s just an additional comfort for our customers, so they can feel confident in their building’s roof and the work that we did to install it.

Of course, something on the mind of all of our commercial roofing customers is how much their roof is going to cost and how they’re going to afford it. While we work hard to provide the best work for an affordable price, installing a new commercial roofing system is still an expense. If you have questions or concerns about how you’re going to pay for your new roof, talk to your trusted ProCraft contractor.

One of the first ways that you might, as a business owner, may be able to reduce your out-of-pocket expense is through filing a claim with your property insurance provider. This might not be an option for everyone but is most applicable to those business owners who have experienced damage to their building in a recent storm. After filing a claim through your insurance provider, you might find that your out-of-pocket cost is reduced to zero, or at least drastically reduced.

If your insurance provider doesn’t feel that you require a new roofing system, your ProCraft Exteriors contractor will be happy to speak with your agent or any independent insurance adjuster they might use. We understand that insurance providers don’t want to pay for services you don’t need but we can help show them the damages we found in our assessment that make a new commercial roof necessary.

If your agent or adjuster agree that a new roof is necessary but are offering you less than you need to cover the costs, we can help with that also. Many insurance providers use pricing sheets that determine what they feel should be the correct cost of each job, not taking into account the variances that occur from project to project. At ProCraft Exteriors, our process is more personalized, approaching each project with a fresh set of eyes, so that our assessments are complete and specific to your needs, rather than being based on assumptions. Our only assumption is that your roof will be unlike any other, so we give it our full attention and don’t simply read lines off of a pricing sheet.

So if your agent says they will only pay so much for your new, commercial roofing installation, let us know and we can help walk them through our assessment process and how we reached our conclusions. Of course, sometimes property insurance providers cannot be swayed, with their payments fixed, but in this case there are still ways that ProCraft can lighten the financial burden you may feel.

If you’re ineligible for filing an insurance claim or your payment doesn’t cover the full cost of the project, ProCraft Exteriors offers a variety of flexible financing options to help spread out the cost and give you a little relief. Our payment options include benefits such as 0% interest, no prepayment penalties, as well as plans with no initial payment – with approved credit. If you think one of these plans might be beneficial for you, let us know and we’ll help you choose the payment plan that will serve you best.

So if you need a commercial roofing solution, call ProCraft Exteriors today to receive your free estimate. We’re happy to bring our expertise and customer service to your home and we think you’ll be just as happy to have us!
